Adam Milstein is the Managing Partner of Hager Pacific Properties. Not only is he a real estate investor, he is also a philanthropist and community leader. Milstein was raised in Israel and served in the Yom Kippur War. He earned his MBA from the University of Southern California in 1978. He started out with a career in Commercial Real Estate in 1983. Not only is Milstein a savvy business man in the investment world, he also serves as National Chairman of the Israeli-American Council. He is a board member of numerous organizations such as: AIPAC National Council, AISH Los Angeles, the Jewish Funders Network, the Israel on Campus Coalition, Hasbara Fellowships, StandWithUs and the Los Angeles Board of Birthright Israel. He is also co-founder along with his wife of Sifriyat Pijama B’America which is an organization that helps the Jewish community.
Milstein became frustrated with the lack of opportunities available after he graduated from college. Companies were offering him jobs that were not paying what he deserved based on his experience and expertise. Milstein decided to branch out on his own working as a Real Estate Commercial Broker. After three years of success in the commercial real estate industry, he became a real estate investor. Adam Milstein pushes and pushes until his ideas become reality. He doesn’t let anything fall beneath the cracks and follows up on all leads daily. Milstein believes that you should be part of the solution and not the problem. It is so important to understand the problem and come up with the best possible solution. Adam doesn’t believe in setting specific goals for himself. He feels they limit him and it’s more important to simply do your best. Milstein is a self driven man who has worked extremely hard to get where he is today.
